About the Role
As a Server at Creekbread, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service from the moment guests are seated until they leave. You'll guide guests through our menu, provide thoughtful recommendations, ensure food and beverages are delivered efficiently, and help create the welcoming atmosphere that Creekbread is known for. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude will help ensure every guest leaves looking forward to their next visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients, dietary accommodations, and beverages.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor tables throughout service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to provide seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required.
What You Bring:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
- Serving It Right certification (or the ability to obtain it before your start date).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude.
- The ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
