Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable General Labourers to join our construction crews on commercial and industrial projects across the Greater Moncton area. No prior experience is required - we provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you build a rewarding career in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters, ironworkers, and other skilled trades on site.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with concrete work, framing, and pre-engineered building erection.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform other duties as directed by the site foreman.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required - willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Steel-toed boots required (other PPE provided).
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
