Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper/Labourer to join our pool renovation team. You’ll be working directly with a senior technician to assist with various tasks involved in completing high-quality residential and commercial pool renovation projects. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-site job setup and preparation
- Perform demolition of old materials and structures
- Support with tiling, painting, and general finishing tasks
- Help mix materials, cut tile, and organize tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site during and after work
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Follow direction from the senior technician and other team leads
- Perform other duties as required to support the renovation process
Requirements:
- Previous construction or general labour experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and work hard in outdoor and indoor environments
- Comfortable with physical labour, lifting, and working in varied conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools and materials is an asset
- Punctual, reliable, and able to take direction well
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
