-
Act as a sounding board for consultants on client challenges and opportunities
-
Build strong relationships and become a trusted day-to-day partner
-
Re-engage inactive consultants and drive stronger participation across the network
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
-
Gather insights and feedback to improve services, processes, and offerings
- A strong communicator who is confident in client-facing and sales conversations
-
Commercially aware — you understand how businesses grow and how marketing supports that growth
-
Confident in digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, paid media, websites, etc.)
-
Ideally have experience in an agency or working with marketing clients
-
Comfortable learning and growing using AI tools and agents
-
Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
-
Skilled at building trust and working with a range of personalities
-
Curious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow into a more strategic role
- Consultants are more confident and effective in sales conversations
-
Increased conversion of new business opportunities
-
Growth in client accounts across the network
-
Stronger engagement and participation from consultants
- 1–4 years in digital marketing, agency, client success, or account management
-
Agency experience or direct exposure to marketing services is a strong asset
-
High-potential candidates with strong communication and commercial instincts will be considered
You'll play a key role in helping consultants grow their businesses — and in doing so, you'll gain exposure to real client challenges, sales conversations, and growth strategy across a wide range of industries.
This is a strong opportunity for someone ready to step beyond execution and into a more strategic, client-facing role.
