Reputable Ontario builder is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent for a 122-unit, 7-storey non-combustible rental apartment building currently under construction in Barrie, Ontario.
Full-Time Contract Position
Immediate Start
The successful candidate will oversee all site operations, coordinate trades, maintain schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Previous multi-residential construction experience is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
