Responsibilities
- Accurately fill prescriptions and conduct medication reviews
- Deliver patient counseling and medication management services
- Back clinical initiatives and patient care programs
- Work alongside pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations
- Comply with provincial regulations and professional standards
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited school
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Capability to succeed in a team-oriented pharmacy setting
