Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex accounting functions related to property portfolios, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced accounting software and contribute to the financial health of our organization. The Senior Property Accountant will play a critical role in supporting property operations through precise account reconciliation, cash management , budgeting, and reporting.
Experience
- CPA or CPA In Progess.
- Proven experience in property accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Yardi or JDE.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.

Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
