TERRITORY SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGER

We partner with top-name brands in the Plumbing & Heating industry, representing innovative products across both Commercial and Residential markets. We’re growing our Edmonton team and looking for an energetic, motivated Territory Sales / Account Manager to help us continue building strong customer relationships and expanding our reach.
What You’ll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and industry professionals throughout the Edmonton region and surrounding territory
- Promote a wide range of trusted plumbing, heating, pump, and mechanical products
- Work closely with product specialists and manufacturing partners to support customer needs and grow sales opportunities
- Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions for clients
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and local/national codes
- Travel occasionally within the territory (including some overnight trips) to meet clients and support business growth
- Participate in hands-on manufacturer training, virtual learning sessions, and team meetings
- Collaborate with your Sales Manager and manufacturing partners on territory planning, pricing, and promotions
- Keep CRM opportunities and client interactions updated weekly
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn technical products
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Alberta
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A background in Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Plumbing
- Experience in the Plumbing & Heating industry
