We offer replacement parts for a wide range of tarp systems and an extensive variety of cargo control items through our Brantford store and our website.
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to help elevate our operational capabilities through our new ERP implementation.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a small team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
· Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment including proper paperwork.
· Manage inventory quality and accuracy.
· Coordinate physical inventory process and cycle counts.
· Coordinate logistics and inventory setup for ERP implementation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
· Supervise and train the warehouse team to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions.
· Develop warehouse layout, stock location and order picking strategies to optimize workflow, space utilization, labor productivity and safety.
· Develop standard operating procedures and performance standards.
Qualifications
· College diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
· 5+ years of relevant experience in warehouse management or logistics role, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or industrial distribution.
· Proven experience in supervising teams, managing inventory and process improvement.
- Strong leadership skills
· Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
· Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity.
· Understanding of US import/export regulations.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and ERP.
· Knowledge of the trucking industry is a strong asset.
· Valid forklift/reach certification.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
