Position Summary
Virtually bridging the gap to primary healthcare access across Canada
The Registered Nurses on this team are exceptional, they are responsible for coordinating and optimizing the delivery of virtual healthcare services by ensuring patients receive timely, appropriate and high quality care. This role combines, triage, patient scheduling, care coordination and provider support across multiple virtual care programs- working fully remotely.
This is a fast-paced, high-acuity environment requiring exceptional clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, effective prioritization, and seamless communication.
Success in this role depends on the ability to accurately assess evolving patient needs, facilitate critical information transfer, and collaborate continuously with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Schedule
This position requires flexibility to work a variety of (10hour) shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs (Virtually)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and prioritize virtual appointments based on clinical urgency and provider availability.
Assess patient needs using clinical judgment and established triage guidelines to ensure appropriate care pathways.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records (EHRs).
Coordinate follow-up care and communicate laboratory and diagnostic results according to established protocols.
Support continuity of care by facilitating communication between patients, providers, and healthcare teams.
Contribute to an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, efficient, and patient-centered virtual care.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Must be highly computer/tech savvy
RN License in New Brunswick and additionally any one of: AB, MB, NS, ON, BC
Minimum five (5) years of recent experience in emergency, urgent care, acute care, or another high-acuity clinical setting.
Current CTAS certification with demonstrated emergency triage experience.
Experience with virtual care, telemedicine, or telephone triage is an asset.
ACLS certification required or considered an asset.
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
EPIC experience
Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual care technology.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Patient-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality virtual care.
