We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist in food preparation and assembly according to set recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Uphold food safety standards and practices
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service
- Support with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with orders and upselling when appropriate
*Skills*
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and help out where needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
