We are looking for a motivated and reliable Carpenter Assistant to join
our team. You will work directly alongside our Construction Foreman
and experienced carpenters, gaining hands-on experience on diverse job
sites across the area.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with framing, finishing, decking, and general remodeling
projects.
- Handle material staging, job site organization, and ensuring a safe
work environment.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools under supervision. Learn to read blueprints, take precise measurements, and execute
layouts.
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn every single
day.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Some prior experience in construction, carpentry, or a
related trade is a major asset, but a strong work ethic and a desire
to learn are just as important.
- Tools & Gear: Steel-toed boots and basic personal hand tools are
required.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
to get to job sites.
- Team Player: Someone who communicates well, takes direction,
and thrives in a team environment.
