Daily Breakfast Service Duties:

Act as Host, Server and Busser

Ensure that buffet is continually prepped, stocked and clean
-
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest requests are met

Maintain table and service; in particular coffee, tea & cream replenishing
-
Clear tables and reset tables for guests
-
Clean up work areas, including some dishwashing as required
Banquet Duties (when required):
-
Set-up/ tear-down space for events held at either hotel properties, per established standards

Follow respective BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) for each event

Deliver and serve food & beverage for events
-
Prepare and set up coffee & tea or beverage stations if required
-
Refresh set-up and ensure that space is tidy throughout the event

Ensure that event equipment and supplies are removed and stored properly after an event

Work in a safe manner; report any deficiencies or hazards to the Maintenance or Duty Manager

Personable, professional, mature individual with high grooming standards and exceptional service standards

Previous Food & Beverage experience an asset

Driver's licence class 5 is required.
