We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. Duties
- Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
- Provide professional product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and products
- Assist guests at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and guest services
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Upsell skincare products and retail items to enhance client results and increase sales
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate treatments or products
- Conduct consultations to assess skin conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Support the team with front desk duties, including answering questions, managing appointments, and ensuring a positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Medical Esthetician or Cosmetologist with esthetician certification
- Experience in skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a clinical or spa environment
- Ability to promote retail sales through upselling techniques and product demonstrations
- Excellent communication skills to educate guests about treatments and skincare options
- Hospitality experience or background in guest services is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
