What You’ll Do
You’ll help generate new business by speaking with small business owners through high-volume outbound calls. Your goal will be to introduce our services, build interest and connect qualified prospects with our experienced sales team.
Day to day, you will:
- Make outbound calls to small business owners
- Build rapport and create positive customer interactions
- Clearly explain the value of our services
- Identify interested prospects and transfer qualified leads
- Work toward individual and team performance targets
- Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills, as all client interactions are with U.S.-based businesses
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- Ability to work fully in-office in Vaudreuil-Dorion
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Basic computer skills
- A positive attitude and competitive mindset
- Comfort speaking with customers in a fast-paced environment
Previous sales or call-centre experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training and are open to candidates who are motivated to learn.

Vos responsabilités :
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la génération de nouvelles affaires en contactant des propriétaires de petites entreprises à fort volume d'appels sortants. Votre objectif est de présenter nos services, susciter l’intérêt et transférer les prospects qualifiés à notre équipe de vente expérimentée.
Il s’agit d’un poste à fort impact axé sur la performance, où votre succès mène directement à des promotions rapides et à une meilleure rémunération.
Au quotidien, vous devrez :
- Effectuer des appels à froid sortants auprès de propriétaires de petites entreprises
- Établir une relation de confiance solide avec les clients potentiels
- Communiquer clairement la valeur de nos services et offres
- Identifier l’intérêt et transférer les leads qualifiés à notre équipe de vente
- Atteindre (et dépasser) vos objectifs avec assurance et régularité
Veuillez noter : Ce poste requiert de solides compétences en communication en anglais, car toutes les interactions avec la clientèle – située aux États-Unis – se déroulent en anglais.
Profil recherché :
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais – toutes les interactions clients se font en anglais
- Connaissances de base en informatique
- Attitude positive et esprit compétitif
- Disponibilité à temps plein en présentiel (lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 16 h 45)
