Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) – Join Our Amazing Team!
Are you a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Certified Dental Assistant looking to join a supportive, close-knit team? We are seeking a confident CDA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. The position is part-time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms before each appointment.
- Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments according to infection control protocols.
- Take digital scans using the TRIOS scanner.
- Help patients understand recommended dental procedures and treatment plans in a clear, confident, and reassuring manner.
- Provide a calm, caring environment that helps patients feel comfortable during treatment.
- Maintain accurate clinical records using Tracker software.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure appointments run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification required.
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
- Experience with TRIOS scanner and Tracker software is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality.
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
