Collective Waste Solutions is looking for a reliable and hardworking Portable Toilet Service Technician to join in our operations in Edmonton.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and takes pride in providing excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
- Deliver, install, service, and remove portable toilet units at various sites and events.
- Pump, clean, sanitize, deodorize, and restock units per company and regulatory standards.
- Transport waste to approved facilities safely and responsibly.
- Complete work orders, incident reports, and safety documentation promptly.
- Inspect trucks and equipment pre- and post-use; clean and store securely.
- Communicate equipment maintenance needs and follow up respectfully.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and records.
- Suggest process improvements proactively.
- Ensure client satisfaction through teamwork and accountability.
Safety
- Follow safety procedures to achieve zero incidents.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and review hazards.
- Maintain valid safety certifications.
- Adhere to client-specific and company safety protocols.
- Use and maintain PPE at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
