Overview
We are seeking energetic and passionate Chef Managers to lead culinary teams in delivering exceptional food experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and inspire team members to excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties
- Supervise daily food preparation and cooking activities to ensure quality and consistency.
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining high morale.
- Oversee food handling procedures to comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Plan menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating customer preferences and nutritional guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and conduct regular sanitation inspections.
- Support serving operations by coordinating with front-of-house teams to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proven culinary management experience in a commercial environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Experience managing culinary operations or hospitality teams is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Prior food industry experience including restaurant management or culinary roles is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
