Hourly Rate: $70-$75
Signing Bonus: $15,000 (1-year commitment) or $25,000 (2-year commitment)
Vacation: 2–3 weeks annually
About the Position:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our expanding pharmacy team in Kentville, NS. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution in a community with considerable healthcare needs, working within a team-oriented setting that emphasizes patient-centered care.
Pharmacy Details:
Our pharmacy is staffed by 1–2 Pharmacists and 4-5 Pharmacy Assistants, dispensing 200 to 300 prescriptions daily. We benefit from well-supported staff and streamlined systems that ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service.

Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
MedsCheck Services
Minor Ailments Prescribing
Travel Health Consultations
Blister Packaging
Immunizations & Vaccinations
Primary Duties:
Provide outstanding pharmaceutical care and thorough patient education
Deliver clinical services including OAT, minor ailments, and vaccinations
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient daily operations
Adhere to provincial regulations and uphold professional standards
Create a warm and patient-focused environment
Requirements:
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in NS
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Previous experience with OAT and clinical services is considered an asset
