Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records, managing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
- Provide customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and in-person interactions
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and proofreading documents
- Support office operations by managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating administrative activities
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to financial records and client data
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles
- Proven experience in basic accounting/payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong typing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Customer service experience, especially in front desk or reception roles
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Pay: $17.20-$31.52 per hour
