Position Overview
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing smoothies and food items to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and helping ensure the store runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare smoothies, juices, wraps, snacks, and other menu items according to Booster Juice standards
- Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Prepare ingredients and restock supplies as needed
- Keep equipment, counters, floors, and customer areas clean
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Provide fast and friendly service during busy periods
- Answer customer questions and handle requests professionally
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is an asset
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Food Safe certification is an asset
