As part of the Wind Group family, the team behind Wind Japanese and Thai, East Izakaya, and Ma Chinese Cuisine - Kochi Japanese BBQ is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our established kitchen on Lundy’s Lane.
In this role, you will work alongside the Head Chef to oversee daily operations, mentor our culinary staff, and manage inventory while ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. We are looking for a creative professional with a passion for putting out great food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
