Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable team members to join Lazeez Shawarma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations by preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and commitment to upholding food quality, safety and service standards to ensure a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Prepare and assemble Shawarma and other menu items according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen, and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services and support processes.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Food Handling Certificate is an asset
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
- Experience in cash handling is beneficial for roles involving payment processing.
