Stacked Pancakes and Breakfast House - Etobicoke is looking for a reliable and energetic Breakfast Expo to join our fast-paced breakfast restaurant team. The Expo plays an important role in ensuring food quality, accuracy, and smooth communication between the kitchen and servers.
Responsibilities
- Work on the pass and coordinate food orders
- Check food quality, presentation, and accuracy before serving
- Prep and organize food for servers to pick up from the window
- Ensure all plates meet restaurant standards with strong attention to detail
- Maintain excellent menu knowledge
- Practice proper food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
- Help maintain a smooth and organized kitchen flow
