Who We’re Looking For

What You’ll Do
As a Budtender, you’ll be the friendly face of Flora Cannabis. Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:
- Welcome and Engage: Greet every customer with a smile, make them feel at home, and ensure everyone has a great experience.
- Customer Guidance: Help customers find products that meet their needs by asking thoughtful questions and providing excellent service.
- Teamwork: Work closely with your teammates to create a fun, collaborative atmosphere.
- Transactions: Process purchases accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Learning: Stay curious! We’ll provide the tools and training to grow your cannabis knowledge and keep you up to date.
- Housekeeping: Help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for our customers.

- Dependability: Our store hours are 9am - 11pm.
- Qualifications: Must have a valid Selling it Right certificate (if you don’t have one when you’re applying, that’s ok. As long as you get certified before your first day, you’re good to go.)

Physical Requirements
You’ll spend much of your time on your feet, engaging with customers and stocking shelves.
