South West Bulk Express is currently hiring experienced Class 1 drivers to work out of our Lethbridge terminal on dedicated Montana to Lethbridge runs, along with regional Alberta and Saskatchewan work.
About South West Bulk Express
South West Bulk has been operating in Alberta’s dry bulk industry since 1991. In 2006, operations expanded out of Calgary, AB. Today, South West Bulk Express operates one of the largest and most active dry bulk fleets in Western Canada, consisting of:
- Over 90 drivers
- 90 company-owned trucks
- 100 pneumatic Super B trailer sets
- 10 pneumatic tri-axle trailers
All fleet assets are 100% company owned and well maintained. With continued growth and increasing demand, we are actively expanding both our fleet and driver team.

Position Details
- Dedicated runs: Montana ⇄ Lethbridge
- Local loads from Lethbridge to locations across Southern Alberta
- Loads inbound to Lethbridge from Saskatchewan and Alberta
- Consistent, year-round work
- Dedicated trucks (no slip seating)
- Home time discussed based on run and availability
- Lethbridge-based terminal
Experience & Requirements
- Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver’s License
- Minimum 2 years verifiable Class 1 driving experience
- Minimum 1 year Super B experience preferred
- 18-speed manual transmission experience (mandatory)
- Eligible to cross the US border
- Strong safety record and professional attitude
