Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Trading Card & Collectibles Associates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys trading card games, collectibles, and helping customers find products they are excited about.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and purchases.
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock shelves and maintain store displays.
- Receive, organize, and inventory incoming merchandise.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Support in-store events, tournaments, and community activities.
- Monitor product inventory and notify management of low stock levels.
- Follow store policies regarding product handling and security.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Interest in trading card games, collectibles, or hobby products is preferred.
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
