Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner Storefront Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with garment cleaning and care. Prior experience in laundry, or dry cleaning is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within our company.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their dry cleaning needs
- Process garments accurately using our cleaning equipment and procedures
- Handle customer transactions efficiently at the storefront counter
- Ensure garments are properly tagged, tracked, and returned in excellent condition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storefront area
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in dry cleaning service is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail to ensure garments are handled properly
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment operation preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
