We are inviting a Registered or Provisional Psychologist (with external supervision) to join our team.
We recognize that every clinician’s ideal work structure looks different. Most clinicians begin as independent contractors, with opportunities to explore employee pathways over time based on goals, caseload growth, and clinic needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy within your scope
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with a warm, values-driven team
- (Optional) Provide psychoeducational or neurodivergence-focused assessments if qualified.
- Communicate clearly, ethically, timely and respectfully within the practice
Who You Are
- Registered and in good standing with CAP
- Provisional Psychologists welcome with an external CAP-approved supervisor
- Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or equivalent
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Aligned with trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice; but may specialize in other areas.
- Experienced in working with clients that have ADHD, autism, trauma or interested in pursuing additional training
- Skilled in or interested in EMDR, IFS, ART, somatic, or attachment-based approaches
- Comfortable practicing autonomously, yet open to collaboration and connection within a caring, community-oriented team.

Bonus Assets
