We are currently seeking a professional Warehouse Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately enter and update inventory data within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Shipping & Receiving: Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all logistics documentation is complete.
- Inventory Control: Reconcile discrepancies and assist with regular cycle counts and audits.
- Reporting: Generate routine inventory and shipping performance reports for management.
- Coordination: Liaise with warehouse operations staff and external logistics partners to ensure seamless product flow.
- Compliance: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all warehouse documentation.
Requirements
- Education: College diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with WMS or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
- Schedule: Weekend work is required according to a regular rotation schedule. Candidates must be available for shifts on Saturdays or Sundays as part of their standard working hours.
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Mandarin is a Bona Fide Occupational Requirement (BFOR) to facilitate communication with our international suppliers and logistics stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
