Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, customer service. Individual must have a passion for sarees and willing to learn and expand knowledge on types of sarees and draping techniques. Social media experience also an asset such as creating short reels/stories for Instagram. Must be fluent in Tamil and English. Experience with saree pleating and sales an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Create social media posts in the form of reels and stories and pictures.
Skills
- Experience in sales, preferably in retail.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
