We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic Statement Generator to join our growing team.
Job Summary
The Statement Generator is responsible for contacting business owners, building rapport, and obtaining copies of their current merchant processing statements for our analysis team.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable speaking with business owners, handling outbound calls, and working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact business owners by phone using company-provided leads
- Explain our payment processing cost-saving program professionally
- Request and obtain merchant processing statements
- Follow up with interested businesses by phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM
- Coordinate appointments and statement submissions for the sales team
- Meet weekly activity and statement targets
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or sales is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a strong asset)
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Experience in payment processing or POS systems is considered an asset but not required

- Effectuer des appels auprès de propriétaires d’entreprises
- Présenter notre programme d’économie sur les frais de traitement
- Obtenir les relevés de traitement des commerçants
- Faire des suivis par téléphone, courriel et texto
- Mettre à jour les informations dans le CRM
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes
- Atteindre les objectifs hebdomadaires établis
Exigences
- Expérience en service à la clientèle, vente, prise de rendez-vous ou appels sortants (un atout)
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication
- Bilinguisme anglais/français considéré comme un atout important
- Motivation et autonomie
- Connaissance de base des outils informatiques et CRM
