Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment
Salary Range - $75 000 - $80 000
Work Week - 4-day, Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/day
Better Together Group is recruiting on behalf of a confidential manufacturing client seeking an experienced SAP Systems Specialist to support production planning, ERP optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and IT teams to improve planning accuracy, data integrity, and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support SAP implementation, testing, validation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain planning parameters including forecasts, lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and inventory settings.
- Ensure ERP data accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Troubleshoot planning, material, and system-related issues.
- Support engineering change management and production planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning processes and operational performance.
- Act as a resource for SAP planning processes and system transactions.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP or ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience with Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and master data management.
- CPIM certification is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
