Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
- Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
- Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service focus
- Team oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including some evenings and weekends, as required
- Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
- Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Amherst, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
