SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer, Operator & Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working with CNC routers, hot wire CNC machines, and custom architectural foam elements. You'll be part of a unique manufacturing process, producing lightweight engineered limestone architectural components with a strong focus on precision, craftsmanship, and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
CNC Programming & File Preparation
- Import SketchUp or CAD models and generate STL files for high-detail foam accents.
- Use CAM software to create 3D toolpaths for 4-axis CNC routing.
- Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and cutting strategies based on material and project requirements.
- Generate and manage G-code for CNC routing operations.
CNC & Fabrication Operations
- Operate hot wire CNC machines to cut foam blocks for standard panels, mouldings, and custom architectural components.
- Operate 4-axis CNC routers to machine high-detail architectural foam pieces.
- Assemble custom architectural accents and production components.
- Shape, sand, trim, and finish components to production standards.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools during fabrication and assembly.
Workflow, Tracking & Organization
- Track material usage and assist with inventory management of foam and production materials.
- Log production times and job progress to support scheduling and costing.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assist with continuous improvements to production and fabrication processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC experience with hot wire machines and multi-axis routers (4-axis preferred).
- Strong proficiency with 3D CAD/CAM software (Fusion 360, Aspire, Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Experience creating toolpaths, generating G-code, and setting up CNC equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on fabrication experience.
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Excellent craftsmanship, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple custom projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (NICE TO HAVE):
- Experience in architectural product manufacturing.
- Experience fabricating EPS foam products.
- Knowledge of production tracking or ERP systems
