岗位名称:生鲜 / 商超运营经理
岗位定位:负责饭团外卖生鲜 / 商超业务从 0-1 搭建与全链路运营,统筹线上平台运营及线下生鲜 / 商超门店、供应链管理,以订单量、GMV 及业务健康度为核心目标,打造区域领先的生鲜商超本地生活服务体系。
岗位职责 :
- 战略与目标管理 结合公司整体经营战略,完成生鲜 / 商超业务的战略解码,制定可落地的城市 / 区域市场策略并推动执行。
- 拆解年度 / 季度 / 月度业绩目标(订单量、GMV、客单价、复购率等),通过精细化过程管理驱动团队达成结果。
- 全链路业务运营 线上平台运营:负责生鲜 / 商超品类的平台规则搭建、商品管理、活动策划、用户运营与商户运营,提升平台曝光与转化。
- 线下门店与供应链运营:统筹生鲜 / 商超前置仓、品控、履约效率优化,管理供应链采购、仓储、配送全流程,保障商品供给稳定与成本可控。
- 基于数据分析完成业务诊断,协调市场、物流、采购、技术等跨部门资源,推进业务良性增长。
- 团队与生态管理 搭建、补充并管理生鲜 / 商超运营团队,制定人才培养与激励机制,提升团队稳定性与战斗力。
- 维护与加盟商、供应商的合作关系,协调解决业务问题,提升合作满意度与生态健康度。
- 正向传递公司企业文化,确保团队践行核心价值观。
- 市场与竞争管理 调研区域市场及竞品动态,收集用户与商户需求,制定差异化运营策略,提升市场份额与品牌影响力。
任职要求:
- 经验要求 3 年以上本地生活 / 生鲜商超 / 电商零售运营管理经验,具备从 0-1 项目搭建经验者优先。
- 有生鲜 / 商超供应链管理经验或外卖平台运营经验者优先,无相关经验者勿投。
- 具备团队管理经验,能有效激发团队潜能,带领团队完成业绩目标。
能力要求
- 结果导向,具备较强的自我驱动力与问题解决能力,能在高压下高效推进项目。
- 熟练使用 Excel、PPT 等工具,擅长数据分析,能透过业务数据洞察本质,独立完成业务诊断与方案制定。
- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调与统筹规划能力,能高效协同多方资源推进业务落地。

Role Overview:
Responsible for building and managing the fresh grocery and supermarket business for Fantuan Delivery from 0 to 1, overseeing the full operational chain including online platform operations, offline grocery/supermarket stores, and supply chain management. The role focuses on achieving key business metrics such as order volume, GMV, and overall business health, with the goal of establishing a leading local fresh grocery and supermarket service ecosystem in the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Target Management
- Translate the company’s overall business strategy into actionable strategies for the fresh grocery / supermarket business, and develop implementable city or regional market strategies.
- Break down annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., order volume, GMV, average order value, repurchase rate) and drive team performance through refined operational management.
End-to-End Business Operations
Online Platform Operations
- Establish platform operational rules for the fresh grocery / supermarket category, including product management, campaign planning, user operations, and merchant operations.
- Improve platform exposure, traffic conversion, and overall category performance.
Offline Store & Supply Chain Operations
- Oversee front warehouses, product quality control, and fulfillment efficiency for grocery and supermarket operations.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, warehousing, and delivery, ensuring stable supply and cost efficiency.
Data-Driven Operations
- Conduct data analysis to diagnose business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, procurement, and tech teams to drive sustainable business growth.
Team & Ecosystem Management
- Build, expand, and manage the fresh grocery / supermarket operations team, establishing talent development and incentive mechanisms to enhance team performance and stability.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and suppliers, resolving operational issues and improving partnership satisfaction.
- Promote and embody the company’s core values and culture within the team.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct regional market and competitor research, collect insights from users and merchants, and develop differentiated operational strategies.
- Strengthen market share and brand influence within the local market.
QualificationsExperience
- 3+ years of experience in local services, fresh grocery / supermarket operations, or e-commerce retail operations.
- Experience in building projects from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
- Experience in grocery/supermarket supply chain management or food delivery platform operations is preferred.
Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
- Proven team management experience, with the ability to motivate teams and achieve business targets.
Skills
- Results-driven with strong self-motivation and problem-solving abilities, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis, with the ability to derive insights from data and independently produce business diagnostics and operational strategies.
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively mobilize resources across teams.
Other Requirements
- Strong understanding of local services or fresh grocery/supermarket industry operations.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain management and platform operations.
