City Collision is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Staff Member to join our growing team.We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with customers and insurance partners, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Greet customers and assist with intake and scheduling
- Coordinate appointments and vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups
- Communicate with insurance companies and vendors
- Prepare invoices, paperwork, and customer files
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks
- Support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment
Qualifications
- Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in the automotive or collision industry is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Quickbooks experience would be an asset
- Mitchell Repair Center experience would be an asset
