Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to help ensure our service operations are efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated.
In this role, you'll work closely with operations, field teams, and customer support to track completed service work, maintain accurate records, coordinate follow-ups, and provide valuable operational insights that help drive business success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reviewing completed service work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Tracking operational follow-ups and helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Supporting route planning and workload management by identifying trends and potential capacity issues.
- Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation.
- Assisting with reporting and analysis to help improve operational efficiency.
- Supporting contractor and field service coordination.
- Monitoring shared mailboxes, assisting with customer inquiries, and processing sales orders.
- Escalating service concerns and coordinating solutions with the appropriate teams.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operations, administration, customer service, logistics, or field service support.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and operational systems.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/service management software is considered an asset.
Rate of Pay: $22-24 per hour

Schedule & Location
This is primarily an office-based position with occasional customer visits as required. Flexibility is needed during peak seasonal periods to support operational demands.
