We are seeking a dedicated, loving, and experienced Childcare Center Manager & Classroom Lead to oversee daily operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
In this dual role, you will split your time between leading a classroom and managing the administrative and operational side of the facility—from touring prospective families to coordinating staff schedules. Duties & Responsibilities
- Classroom Leadership: Serve as a Classroom Lead, implementing age-appropriate curricula that promote learning, development, and an inclusive environment for all children.
- Family Engagement & Admissions: Welcome parents warmly, conduct center walkthroughs for prospective families, and actively manage the enrollment and admissions process.
- Staff Management: Coordinate employee schedules, manage daily attendance, and supervise/support teaching staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children while maintaining strict compliance with licensing regulations and center policies.
- Communication: Maintain open, positive, and effective communication with parents regarding children’s progress and day-to-day center activities.
Requirements
- Certification: Valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification is required.
- Experience: Prior classroom teaching experience and a strong background in caregiving within a childcare setting. Experience in a supervisory or management role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent employee scheduling abilities, and top-tier communication skills. You must genuinely love interacting with parents and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Inclusivity: Knowledge of working with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Education: Formal education in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Probationary Period: This position includes a standard 3-month probation period.
- Benefits: Full health and center benefits apply immediately upon the successful completion of the 3-month probation period.

Pay: $62,400.00-$72,800.00 per year
