Night Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Night Supervisor to lead evening service and oversee closing operations. This role is integral to maintaining our standards, supporting team development, and ensuring consistent execution during some of our most critical hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee night service, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution
- Manage and execute closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness for the following day
- Support both front and back of house teams to ensure alignment and strong communication throughout service
- Conduct pre-shift communication and provide real-time coaching during service
- Uphold and reinforce standards related to food quality, safety, and presentation
- Contribute to the successful implementation of new menu items and culinary initiatives
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support ongoing operational development
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hospitality
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service flow and kitchen execution
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to standards and consistency
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- A growth-oriented mindset with an interest in development and advancement
