Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, to process customer orders accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and promote menu items.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
