We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Medical Esthetician who is passionate about skin, confident with advanced technologies, and aligned with a high-end client experience.
Position Overview
The Senior Medical Esthetician will play a key role in delivering advanced skin treatments, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled, confident in consultations, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Clinical Treatments
- Perform medical-grade treatments including:
- Advanced facials and skin treatments
- Chemical peels
- Laser and light-based treatments (IPL, laser hair removal, etc.)
- Body contouring technologies (if trained)
- Deliver safe, effective, and results-driven treatments tailored to each client
Client Consultation & Sales
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on services and medical-grade skincare
- Recommend and sell retail products to support treatment outcomes
- Build long-term client relationships and retention
Clinic & Brand Support
- Maintain treatment rooms and ensure high clinical standards
- Assist with content creation for social media (before/after, treatments, educational content)
- Participate in clinic events, promotions, and campaigns
- Uphold brand standards and deliver a luxury client experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience in medical aesthetics or advanced skincare
- Strong experience with advanced laser technologies and devices (InMode experience is an asset)
- Proven ability to perform consultations and close treatment plans
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished appearance aligned with a luxury brand
- Certification in medical aesthetics required
