Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Accommodation Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lodging facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and maintain operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a background in hospitality management. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse guests and team members.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance guest satisfaction and staff productivity.
- Monitor budget adherence, control costs, and optimize resource allocation for the accommodation department.
- Conduct staff training on customer service excellence, phone etiquette, safety procedures, and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with human resources on hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Supervise staff.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles.
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and front desk operations.
- Experience in hotel operations including reservations systems, billing procedures, and guest services.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and resource management within a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette; multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred.
- Previous experience in human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management is desirable.
