Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures, providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating the complexities of immigration processes. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive consultation services to clients regarding immigration options and processes.
- Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client cases to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for all client interactions and case progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in project management tasks related to immigration initiatives.
- Develop presentations and training materials as needed for client education.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Valid RCIC license in good standing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, SharePoint, and Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Familiarity with records management practices and databases related to immigration processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
