Job Overview
We are seeking experienced AZ Owner Operators to join our team as independent contractors.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and automotive repair, ensuring safe and efficient deliveries. As an AZ Owner Operator, you will be responsible for managing your own schedule while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and freight vehicles in compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch team
- Adhere to delivery schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs across assigned routes
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during transportation
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs when required
Experience
- Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in freight transportation, preferably with heavy equipment operation and forklift handling
- Reefer experience is a must.
- Cross-border capabilities (legal to travel into the US).
- A clean abstract (driving record).
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- The ability and willingness to do long-haul runs.
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Experience in automotive repair or troubleshooting is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior experience operating large trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively on the road

Pay: $88,321.59-$100,000.60 per year
