Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance the client experience and increase sales opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products that support healthy nails and skin
Qualifications
- Formal education or experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
