Job Summary
Mobile Klinik is seeking a reliable, motivated Mobile Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our growing team in Kingston, Ontario. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our team. This dual-role position involves repairing and troubleshooting a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, as well as assisting customers with retail sales and cell-phone activations. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in mobile device hardware and software, along with strong communication skills to provide exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical repair work with sales responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.

Successful candidates may be scheduled to work at either our Kingston West End or Queen's Downtown location, or at both locations, depending on operational needs and business requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates who are currently living in Kingston or the surrounding area, or who are willing to relocate.
We operate 7 days a week – Mon-Sat from 9:00 (10:00) AM to 7:00 PM; Sun 11:00 (12:00) AM/PM to 5:00 PM - and are looking for individuals with open availability and flexible scheduling, including weekends.
This position qualifies under NOC 22311 (TEER 2, Skill Level B) and may be suitable for qualified candidates applying for Permanent Residency (PR) under eligible immigration programs.
Please Note: We are currently only hiring candidates who are already located in Canada.

- Competitive starting wage of $19.00–$20.00 per hour

What We're Looking For
We are seeking committed, long-term team members with 2 year (or more) of experience in customer service and mobile device repair.
Required Qualifications
- Experience repairing iPhones, Samsung devices and iPads
- Previous experience selling mobile phones and accessories
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Currently living in Kingston or willing to relocate
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to work at either Kingston location as business needs requires
- Ability to provide professional employment references
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience repairing computers, tablets and gaming consoles
- Soldering or microsoldering experience
- Strong interest in consumer technology
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Experience repairing computers (Mac and Windows) and Game Consoles
- Computer system certification, Wise technician certification, Samsung technician certification, Google technician Certification and Apple technician certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional retail environment
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices to Mobile Klinik standards
- Explain repair options, pricing and turnaround times to customers
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Sell Certified Pre-Owned devices, accessories and Protection Plans
- Promote TELUS and Koodo wireless solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional workspace
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Follow all manufacturer repair procedures and quality standards
- Protect customer privacy by maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information and device data
