Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, including coffee drinks if applicable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed
- Manage multiple responsibilities such as serving customers, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products
- Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or related industry preferred; barista experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable with good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
