We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Utilize effective professional etiquette to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and meet company goals.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Operate OLG terminal and POS
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a gas station as a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with data entry systems is preferred.
Job timing varies between 6 AM - 11 PM (30 -35 hours weekly)
