Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that all products meet company and customer quality standards through inspections, testing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections on machined components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
- Assist in maintaining quality documentation and inspection records.
- Support the QC team in identifying and reporting non-conformances.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow established quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or quality control is a plus.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and tolerances.
- Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
